Lawson joins from Lloyds Bank

Hilltop makes three new appointments



Hilltop Credit Partners Limited has made a trio of new hires.


Lawson Conroy (pictured above), will now head up the asset management team and joins from Lloyds Bank, where he was a consultant — he will now oversee client-focused deal execution, due diligence and onboarding processes.

Lawson brings many years of experience in originating, managing and re-structuring real estate loan books, including senior and mezzanine finance, securitizations and club transactions.

Charles Fletcher joins as vice president of origination where he will focus on identifying new lending opportunities — with over 20 years of experience in origination, structuring and funding across the capital stack, Charles was previously head of transactions at Sqft Capital , and formerly head of development finance at Cogress. . 
Aden Samuels joins as associate, execution and monitoring, and will provide structuring, execution and monitoring support across the life cycle of Hilltop’s portfolio of development loans.

Commenting on his appointment, Lawson said: “I’m very excited to be joining the team, and I believe we have an interesting pipeline ahead of us.”
